Over the past two weeks—between client projects – we’ve been diving deep into the kind of marketing modernization work that makes my inner problem-solver (nerd 🤓) light up.
This isn’t abstract theory. It’s the practical, hands-on experimentation that leads to real systems businesses can actually use.
Here are three examples from our sprint:
1. Automating Facebook to Website Publishing
Jakob developed a marketing automation that takes a client’s Facebook posts and automatically publishes them to their website blog.
Why this matters:
-
Fresh content = stronger SEO.
-
The website becomes a central hub for content, not just social channels.
-
No extra work for the client.
It may not sound like a big deal – but for businesses struggling to keep their site updated, this is a game-changer.
2. Building a Custom GPT for Marketing
I built a custom GPT trained on our marketing approach, frameworks, and resources.
It’s now one of the most productive and efficient tools we use internally.
Instead of reinventing the wheel every time, the team has a knowledge base at their fingertips – one that speeds up brainstorming, drafting, and problem-solving.
This is exactly what AI for business should look like: practical, tailored, and results-driven.
3. Turning Gmail Drafts into a Usable Resource
I also built a Google Script that scraped my Gmail drafts for every link and tutorial I’d ever saved “for later.”
The script organized them into categories, turning digital clutter into a curated knowledge hub.
I’m now polishing this into a Resource Guide for Modern Marketing that we’ll be sharing with clients soon.
Curiosity + Implementation = Marketing Modernization
Each of these projects is small on its own. But together, they illustrate something powerful:
👉 When you combine curiosity with implementation, you don’t just explore tools – you make them work for real businesses.
That’s the essence of marketing modernization:
-
Save time.
-
Improve results.
-
Actually use the tools you adopt.
What’s Next
We’ll be releasing the Modern Marketing Resource Guide soon – a practical tool to help businesses cut through the noise and focus on what works.
In the meantime, if you’re curious how to modernize your own marketing systems with AI and automation, let’s talk.
