1. Payment Terms

• Hosting fees are billed annually and are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Payments not received by the due date are considered overdue

 

2. Late Payments and Suspension

• If payment is not received within 30 days, your website may be temporarily suspended until payment is made.
• Reactivating a suspended website requires:
  
  • Full payment of the outstanding hosting balance, plus
  • A $250 reactivation fee

3. Reminders

• Courtesy reminders will be sent leading up to the 30-day deadline.
• Once an account is overdue, suspension may occur without further notice.

4. Avoiding Service Disruptions

To ensure your website remains online without interruption, we recommend:

• Paying promptly upon receipt of your invoice, or
• Setting a reminder for your annual renewal date.
