Their responses were pushed into a Google Form, entered into our CRM, and automatically reviewed by ChatGPT.

ChatGPT generated a customized response in the voice and tone of their chosen author. For example, if someone said Good to Great by Jim Collins, their response came back styled like a Collins summary – tailored to their business answers.
