After our initial meeting and you’ve decided which package you’d like, we ask for a deposit on the website. Then, once you’ve sent us some content… we get started!
Throughout the process we will send you design updates. Once we get into the flow of you sending your content and us uploading it, the design will become apparent as we will use some of your photos, and possibly videos, for the design of your Legacy Website.
Out of scope revisions include creating a new design direction, adding new functionality, and adding new sections.
In our initial meeting, we will explain the best way for you to organize and send along your content. Digitizing your memories can take a long time – we understand. We help by giving you ideas of how to do this in a way that is easiest for you.
Discovery – We meet with you and gather your unique situation about what your goals are with your Legacy Website to better understand how we can work together. Design – Once we receive some of your content we will start on a design to present to you. Once we have all of your content we are able to curate your memories and turn it into a beautifully designed website. Often, it takes until we have the last piece of content to finish the final design which we would then present to you for final approval.
Maureen has been building and designing websites for over 15 years. Over the past number of years most clients that were referred to her were over the age of 60 and not completely comfortable with technology. Maureen would often go above and beyond by visiting these clients in person and helping them organize their information about their businesses so that we could then turn them into beautifully designed, functional websites. Not many website companies work that way. Maureen has a great deal of patience and is passionate about sharing stories, memories and wisdom – all of these things are critical for building elegant Legacy Websites.
